I began by really getting to know her day-to-day struggles, chatting, observing, and mapping out her emotions and experiences. From there, I started brainstorming how an app could fit into her life and ease some of that stress. I created a brand identity that felt calm and uplifting, then moved on to building the prototype in Figma. At first, it focused just on pre-wedding planning, but after more conversations, I realised the chaos doesn’t end there, so I expanded the app to support brides before, during, and after the big day. Throughout the process, my user tested the prototype and gave constant feedback, which helped shape the final design into something that genuinely worked for her.
